The Principal of PRDnationwide Coolum Beach Col Lefebvre, who has resided in Coolum Beach for 29 years, has the knowledge and stability of being in the Real Estate industry for 19 years. Col has built a large client portfolio and whilst overseeing the operations of General Sales, specialises in Project Marketing.
Other key members of our dynamic sales team are Andy Lake who has resided in Coolum Beach since 1991 and has over 14 years experience in the industry, Peter Ware who holds a full Queensland Real Estate License and has more than 10 years industry knowledge, Greg Glover who was raised on the Sunshine Coast and possesses over 15 years of real estate expertise and Frazer Cooper who, after many years of owning and managing the family business in Coolum Beach, has for the last 2 years turned his hand to real estate and has added another dimension to this solid team.
