Col relocated to the Sunshine Coast in 1977 and was attracted to the village community feel of Coolum Beach from day one and has been a local ever since.

After 9 years working as a licensed real estate agent he decided it was time to buy and run his own business, so together with his wife Gail who is also a licensed real estate agent, purchased PRD Realty Coolum Beach in 1996.

Col is the Licensee of the agency and has built a large database of clients in his numerous years in the industry.  Whilst specialising in Project Marketing he continues to oversee the daily functions of general sales.

Col and Gail promote a family atmosphere within their business and constantly strive to give their clients the best in customer service.
