Coolum Beach is a recognized

predicted growth areas of the Sunshine Coast

with yearly average Celsius air temperatures of 24° maximum
and 16.5° minimum. The yearly average water
temperature of 23.5° isn't hard to take either

spot to take the animals, enjoy some fishing or
a dip, in absolute tranquillity. Tandem sky-dive
with Ramblers any
day of the week and enjoy the most spectacular
views during your descent to the Creek at Coolum's
northern beach.
Due to its central location on
the Sunshine Coast, Coolum provides easy access
to many local tourist attractions such as The Ginger
Factory at Yandina, Australia Zoo at Beerwah and
The Big Pineapple at Woombye. |

Also some of the best surf and swimming
beaches, creeks, Lows Lookout, Mount Coolum National Park,
fauna reserves and walkways - to name but a few. With the
most popular surfing spots on the Coast, the main beach
patrolled 365 days a year, whilst Yaroomba Beach is
serviced by a lifeguard courtesy of the Hyatt Regency Coolum,
and the beach around Pt Arkwright is Patrolled on school holidays.
All this makes for a safe surfing environment.
You
can also indulge your fishing trip adventure's with
excellent rock or beach fishing, or use it as
a base for excursions further a field such as the famous
Coloured Sands and Fraser Island. Once you come to the
